I need help i have a site where i upload videos and stuff and i want every one that registers to be able to write posts ONLY in a category called "user blogs" and be able to edin ONLY THEIR OWN POSTS.
Unregistrated members should only able to read the posts.
And admins/mods should be able to post in every other category.
Is there a way to do this?

Assuming that your default role is Subscriber, all you need to do is:
- Navigate to Roles > Categories
- Give the "[WP Subscriber]" group a Post Author role in the "user blogs" category
