   Your is great, but I have a config question.
   For optimal SEO I am checking off all the options, including:
   Nofollow the links to your tag pages
   Nofollow category listings on single posts
   Basically if I check all off will this help my blog?
   The reason I as in google webmaster tools I noticed duplicate content on my blog -> Blog so I downloaded your plugin however, I want to use it in an optimal way for SEO. I have read your site which is very well written, however, this plugin has many options not talked about. I think checking all would be good for SEO?
