timhickeyI installed the Robots Meta plugin and after I did the very top of my blog, in the center, had this---> /" /" /" or maybe it was "/ "/ "/ either way, one I deactivated it the characters went away. I tried deactivating one plugin at a time until I figured it out. Deactivating Robots Meta removed them.
The reason it was bugging me is because it moved everything in the header down one line and the text for the title had the bottom of the template header box going through it. Everything lower was fine.
I viewed the source and could not see any reason for it, but then again I am not experience with code, just know a little.
Anyone have any ideas? If you want to see I can reactivate it and show you.

P.S. Where do I put the webmaster code to get my site ranked on the major search engines? There was a spot in the Robots Meta settings near the bottom which looked like the right place, but when I tried to verify the site it said it was incorrect.
