   On WP 2.8.1, Settings for this plug-in cannot be accessed, at least not on my WAMP server. I just get an error:

   You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

   I have the same problem, please let me know if you find the solution (also on wp 2.8.1) works fine on 2.8

   Per post/page still works here, but getting the message "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." when clicking the Revisions link under Settings.

   WordPress 2.8.1 here

   Yup, I'm experiencing the same thing with my blog (WP 2.8.1)

   Updated the plugin (1.9.7) and this issue has disappeared.
