[resolved] [Plugin: Revision Control] stopped working with 2.8.2 ? (6 posts)

Since recently (2.8.2?) I get messages saying that: "There is an autosave of this post that is more recent than the version below. View the autosave." I have the "Revision Control" plugin to prevent this, but apparently it no longer works? The "autosave" gets another ID.

Didn't there used to be a plugin "disable revisions and autosave"? Now I have two plugins installed for something one plugin can do too, but I can't find that plugin anymore.

Besides the plugin that I started this thread for, I now disable autosave separately, but I'm 100% there used to be a plugin that did both. Oh well, maybe Dion finds out what's wrong and fixes his plugin.
I don't want a revision on autosave, but neither when I edit a post myself, so I currently use two plugins. The latter I can't check btw. since I don't see revisions, but WP did notify me of autosave versions (which are not revisions but do use an ID count?)... A new feature for 2.8.2?

This plugin was never meant to stop autosave revisions, Only revisions.
