    This plugin isn't working properly with cache plugins.
    An available cached version of the page will overrule the restrictions.

    If you run a multi site with 1 unrestricted and 1 restricted (by IP) blog it's not possible to use proper caching.

    I also have noticed this problem. In particular with WP Super Cache.

    Depends on the caching plug-in. If the plug-in generates static versions of all pages, and never makes it to the super early "parse_request" hook this plug-in uses (as early as it has information about the requested page), than yes, the cache will be served before the plug-in gets it shoes on.

    Other caching plug-ins that do hit PHP / WordPress first should be compliant.
