Why can't we select more then 1 usergroup? (7 posts)

    [restrict userlevel="editor;editor"] . . . your restricted content goes here . . . [/restrict]

    Why isn't the above possible?

  2. Because I haven't built it in to be possible. user groups are tiered anyhow, so if you restrict it to "editor", admins can still view it as well.

what if I want a subscriber and contributor to view the same thing?

It would be useful to be able to add more then 1 usergroup in the shortcut its usage.

Would you include this in the future?

  4. Restrict it to "contributor" to let both of them view it.

It's not likely that I'll add it.

Ok. What about custom groups made with a plugin like user role editor?

Would those also work to use in the shortcut?

And if so I wouldn't know on what it is based that custom group A or custom group B could see the same thing yes or no if one of them is defined in the shortcut.

  6. Currently custom roles do not work, but they are on my todo list.

I'm also trying to use this plugin with some new user groups I've created with User Role Editor. Would love for this to be considered in a future release! Thanks for this great plugin!
