Hi, I've just installed the plugin on two sites, one is working and the other is not (both on the twenty eleven theme). I've tried everything I can think of (including turning off all other plugins) and I'm still unable to get this one to work. It currently has three slides, however the first image remains static, and the navigational arrows do not appear upon hovering. Help!

Hey! How were you able to get this working? I am having the same problem, also using the twenty eleven theme. Uninstalling other plugins didn't work.

Hi, unfortunately I was never able to get it working... I abandoned the slider for another. Sorry I am no help!
