Be sure you dont have duplicates in your promotion codes, If you have duplicates it will return as invalid for all codes that have more than one instance(by design).

Unfortunately, the same happens for me.

I have uploaded multiple CSV files (based on the template – tried template file as well) but every time it says that it are invalid coupon codes.

The ‘Records Found’ always stays on 0.

    Hi Jaroel,

Sorry to hear you are having a problem. There could be t issues, 1 the CSV has duplicate entries or 2 you may be using a mac.

    1. If there are duplicates remove or change them in your CSV.
    2. If you are on a mac… for some reason when a CSV file is saved from excel on a mac it changes the format slightly and the php script to read from the csv hickups. The solution is to edit your fila and then “file” -> “save as” -> “Windows Comma Seperated (.csv)”. That should solve it.

Here is a link to the faq, the last paragraph states this. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/response-promotion-redeemer/faq/

Remember once you have uploaded the csv you CAN NOT change the table created by it. You must create a new page or post and then re upload the csv to the new one. If uploading a new csv was available there would be issues with people overwriting promo codes that have already been used. If you are capable of accessing and editing within phpMyAdmin, you can delete the table that has been created and then re-upload to the original page or post and it will create a new table on the db. The naming convention for the tables is (your install prefix, by defalt it is “wp_”)rpr_Partner_(the page or post id).
