Plugin request: Referer.org

Referer.org is a javascript generated list of all the referrers to a certain page. It seems really popular.

Would it be possible to create a wordpress plugin and have all the options in wordpress (like the size of the list, what websites should be blocked etc.)

I can help out create such a plugin, but I don’t know where to start. 🙂
