I have posted a plugin request to wordpress. I've got an email where they asked me to reply with an attachment on their email. I did this, but still my request was denied, what can I do?????

I've checked and the email with the attachment never got through.
Can you re-submit and this time include a direct link so the plugin can be downloaded instantly? -
