   **sorry for posting this again, forgot to tag it**

   Just upgraded to 2.9.1 and title attributes reappeared. I completely uninstalled 'Remove Title Attributes' and installed a fresh download with no luck.
   The settings page shows that title attributes should be stripped from everything.
