[Plugin: Relocate Upload] Using the plugin with MU

Is there a way to use the plugin with a multisite installation? I have installed the plugin but when I try to set up the folders it looks as thought it defaults to the main upload directory. I tried adding the folder to the specific blog’s files directory but it continues to give me an error.
