PHP error notices (6 posts)

First, I'd like to thank you a lot for this wonderful plugin and especially for the great idea that is behind it.

But let me please make a small remark. When plugin is activated - latest free version 2.9.8 and latest WP 3.2.1 (but I suppose that the same problem would be with any version) - there are some PHP error notices:
    - first about undefined $wpdb valiable in various places (it should be just declared as global somewhere at the beggining of relevanssi.php )
    - second about undefined $index_type_custom on line 2927

Could you please fix this for future releases because it's quite annoying to do it manually every time after upgrade. Thank you a lot in advance.

Just to add, I'm on a PHP 5.3 server and there is an instance of ereg_replace() (now deprecated) on line 1504. I've fixed it locally just by changing it to grep_replace().
