Search results include content generated by some, but not all, shortcodes from another plugin.

I'm not familiar with the plugin, so I can't say what's wrong, but do remember that Relevanssi only indexes content that's there at the moment of indexing. If the shortcode content changes later, the changes are not reflected in the index.
Also, some shortcode plugins echo the values instead of returning them, that's wrong in general and Relevanssi can't index content that's echoed.

What's odd is that it includes the content from the first entry with such content, but not any others.
