When I do a search, some of the posts have the highlights in them (the way I set it up) and others don't. What could be causing this?
Also for some words or phrases the results are not complete. I set the limit to 39 hits to speed up the process and the search gives only 2 results for this specific word whereas I know there are at least 4.

The limit may quite well be causing the incomplete results, though if the the word appears four times, Relevanssi should still be catching them all, especially in a one-word search.
Hard to say what's causing the missing highlights.
