Hi,
I have tried in the settings the size "thumbnail" - it's too big for my taste in my theme; the size "S" however is too small.
Where can I set my own settings of width and height of the thumbs concerning this plugin?
thanks

Hi csigncsign,
If your theme supports Post-thumbnails feature, you can add new thumbnails size your in theme. Please read more here:

If your theme does not support this feature, the size of thumbnail is controlled by Media settings. As long as this does not affect your blog's other options, you can change thumbnail size in Media tab and run Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
Thanks, this worked. I finally change in media settings the default from 150px to 140px, now I can have 4 Related Posts Thumbnails in my page. After that I used the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

After I changed the dimensions in the media settings and used the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin, no more thumbnails appear below the posts in the Related Post Thumbs Plugin. Please help!

littletrooper, please provide details. What post-thumbnails name are you using? Built in wordpress or custom? Can you open the link that is used in related posts thumbnails for thumbnail? Try to look in debugging information.
