[Plugin: registration-login] use text with overlay

Any way to have a link open this as well?

Meaning I have this plugin installed, but also want to have a register menu button that will open the same way as the plugin dose as well for login and Register.

Is there something I can add to text ( Login – Register ) to open as an overlay?
