Thanks for the plugin - has been very helpful.
The logo for the login page does not center well - css may need adjusting. I found better results using a 320 wide image with faded images, as i did not have time to troubleshoot the css.
Also would be great if you could incorporate option to allow users to login by email (see wp_email_login - very simple piece of code). Unfortunately it is a lot harder to actually "remove" the visible username, and just have registering with email. If I have time I will work on it - there must be something that one can do with all the filters that are available now!
