   I would like to export my user list to a CSV file and include the extra fields that Register Plus adds. However, I don't see a way to do that and the Users to CSV plugin must only pull from the Users table and not the additional fields from Register Plus.

   I just realized that users2csv does ignore the extra fields :)
   Must update this for my customer.

   I would take a look at users2csv and manually add the missing fields to it.
