I've uploaded a custom logo. The URL that is being referenced in the code is valid, the image is there. The logo is not appearing. The spacing on the page changes, as if the size of the new logo is being set, but it is still showing the wordpress logo. Is this a CSS issue? I can't figure out what's going on.

This appears to happen only in Firefox, not in IE.
Do you have a link to your reg page so I can see what is happening?

for me too and it's IE & Firefox

although for me on FF shows the old WP logo - IE just blank space
You both have spaces in your logos filename. Try renaming your image so there are no spaces and re-uploading. Let me know if it solves it.

Renaming the file worked. Thank you.
Great, I'll work in an automatic space replacement for filenames on upload so this isn't an issue in the future.

just tried, that didn't work for me
It may be due to a javascript bug from the new date fields. Try entering in some settings for the Date Field Settings, specifically the year as it is causing the error when it is blank. I will make adjustments to the plugin to fix this issue. Let me know if it helps.

I'm having same problem. I tried removing spaces in file name but having no luck. Most cases the file never even uploads to the uploads directory. I through it in there myself but not sure where the plugin is looking for the file name.
I unclicked the organize uploads box as well.

Quite same problem, different soluzione.
---------------------------------------
I had this message:
-- error --
Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: Unable to access [...]/wp-content/uploads/logo.jpg in [...]/web/lucavanin/wp-content/plugins/register-plus/register-plus.php on line 1531
Warning: getimagesize([...]/wp-content/uploads/logo.jpg) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [...]/wp-content/plugins/register-plus/register-plus.php on line 1531
-- end error --
By FTP I uploaded the file logo.jgp in [...]/wp-content/uploads/ and everything work properly.
Flat you saved my day
Thanks :D
