   I just transferred my site from Blogger to WordPress so it pulled some of the images (mainly the first images) and placed them (about 800 images) in a folder "images/files" rather than the uploads directory. Is there a way to direct this plugin to regenerate the image sizes in this folder too?

   As far as I am aware (having used this plugin many times), it only resizes images uploaded - via WordPress - to the uploads folder.
