First of all great plugin, simple and straight to the point.
Lately I've noticed a couple of Log entries displayed as such:
http://www.domain.com/permalink/undefined
Was wondering why are they "undefined" since the core permalink is working fine, I'm trying to figure this out since Redirection logged it.
Also, I noticed in some cases when entering Redirections manually, I have to click twice on Add Redirection for it to apply, then I have to go back and delete the duplicate entry, is there a bug or a possible root cause for this to work that way?
