   1. Install Redirection plugin
   2. Set the options to track modified posts and create redirects automatically
   3. Create a page with no parent and save
   4. Change the parent page and save
   5. Change it back to 'no parent' and save

   You now have an infinite loop of redirects between the two URLs.
