Infinite redirections on modified posts/ (1 post)

I recently installed Redirection so I could make my permalinks for friendly, and I was told that this plugin would help make my old links still usable. Well that was all true, it automatically linked the old post links to their new locations, but I'm running into trouble with new posts. When I make a new post like normally I will put it into my sites slideshow, I only keep four in the slideshow at a time so when it's that posts turn to be taken out I de-select it from the slideshow, which results in infinite redirects. The only way I have found to fix this is to delete it from the modified posts modules. I was curious if anyone (or the creator) had any insight, I could just be over looking some option or just be over complicating this. I'm writing this after a long exhausting day and am about to pass out in bed so I'm sorry if this makes no sense.
