Plugin Recommendations – photo gallery

Hello all- first time poster. I’m still a newbie with WordPress, but I’m getting there bit by bit.

One of the (Nice!) problems with WordPress is the HUGE varity of plugins out there, but it;s sometimes too many to run through to find what I need., so I’d like to request some recommendations if I may.

I’m looking for a Photo Gallery plugin that will have the following features and functions :

1. Allow registered users on my WordPress site to create their own photo albums and upload their own photos.
2. Be able to set certain users to act as moderators for the Gallery section of the site
3. Photos able to be commented on by other registered users.
4. Photo ranking by registered users (wishlist)
5. Comments able to be moderated (i.e. edited, deleted, etc) by administrator and/or moderators.
6. Photos ONLY viewable by registered users.
7. Photos and/or entire albums able to be deleted by administrator or moderators.
8. Gallery to use the currently selected WordPress theme.
9. EASY TO USE by registered users (this one has been hard to find – some Gallery software, while very functional, is very complex for new users. I really need something that is simple and easily accessible to new users).

Does anyone have any suggestion(s) on which plugin would meet the above requirements?
