   Hi

   Can anyone recommend a plugin for:

   When a user clicks on link to download a PDF document, a screen pops up for them to enter their name/email address. When they click SUBMIT, only then will the PDF download.

   Hi Allentan

   I wasn't able to find a WordPress plugin so have subscribed to AWeber.

   It is perfect for our needs. Hope this helps!
