[Plugin: ReciPress] Suggestion: Option to specify thumbnail custom field

Many food bloggers are already using thumbnails for their posts to show on archive pages and such. Right now in order to attribute a photo to the recipe, you have to upload it again (or look for it in the media library). Since the thumbnail URL is often stored in a custom field, it would be really helpful to be able to specify the name of the custom field in the ReciPress Options page so I don’t have to reupload the image.
