I have never voted for a wordpress plugin, but faster 2 years of using wordpress plugins. This plugin: really static has end all my needs for for optimizing wordpress. My pages are was never so faster. even you go on author's plugin website you'll see what im talking about.

where i save the static html file , i cant see on my ftp , plugins is working .showing the list . to save html and images . but i m able to see on the server . please help

I keep getting 0kb files written by Really Static...
It says in the FAQ that this is due to incorrect settings, but I'm not sure what's wrong.
Does anybody have advice about setting up the Really Static settings correctly?
