   At the bottom of my posts are links for the next and previous.

   How could I put a single Facebook and Twitter button on the top of the post.
   (My header is actually down below the next and previous items below.)

   How would I make the buttons go into my Header section?

   Hi,
   you can try to call the really_simple_share_publish($link='', $title='') PHP function on the header template.
