   Occasionally I get email from a reader who is frustrated because they can't get past the captcha. I think I've figured out that once they've done something wrong the captcha doesn't clear something to let them go again.

   Not a programmer. How do I fix this?

   I use Gravity Forms. I have the plug in working on several different pages.

   I see. As it is an issue of Gravity Forms' side, you should contact their support.

   Hmmm... I did ask them and they have been silent. How annoying.
