i have contact form 7 and really simple captcha installed

the really simple captcha image is not appearing on contact forms... see example here

    http://wcasdexcellence.org/?p=231

It works fine on a contact form using contact form 7 see example here
    http://wcasdexcellence.org/?page_id=6

i tried deactivating the plugin, but the "submit security code" field STILL appears in commentsm and i get a message right on my form that says:
"To use CAPTCHA, you need Really Simple CAPTCHA plugin installed." with the security feild on my contact form."
i see this message as a regular user on the website (not logged in).

how can i either get this working in my comments? or deactivate it altogether without leaving these residual securty fields still on the contact form and comments form?

Really Simple CAPTCHA is not created for comment form.

If you don't use Really Simple CAPTCHA with Contact Form 7, just remove CAPTCHA related tags from Contact Form 7's form template.

I also would like to know how to use CAPTCHA with comments. Is there really no way to do it?

There are a bunch of wordpress plugins that put captcha on the comments page. Just search the plugins page for captcha or go into your plugins page in WordPress and choose find new plugins and search captcha.
