   Is it possible to create No Follow Links using the RB Internal Links Plugin?

   Why would you want to create no-follow links to your own site? If you want search engines to ignore certain pages, 1) no-follow isn't always obeyed and 2) you can use something like Robots Meta to set individual pieces of content as "noindex".
