No problem.
The problem no longer occurs.
But some users say they have to wait a few minutes (over 10) so that the plugin works correctly.
The ratings are all loaded asynchronously in purpose after all other content of the page is loaded. So there might be several reasons for that, particularly slow connection and heavy weighted blog content.
The strange thing is that the problem occurs only once for each user.
But the problem can be considered as solved.

After updating to latest release (1.3.5) on main page the “Top rated comments” shows the following error: “There are no rated items for this period”. On some other pages works fine, as before. No, I didn’t erase history or reset to defaults. I’ve also remove the widget from sidebar and re-added it hoping that will work, but no changes.
Any hints about how to solve this will be appreciated.
Just fixed the bug, please upgrade to the newest version.
The same problem described by ehr is happening to me.
I’m using the latest version, but the problem only appeared after I changed the blog posts of Thumbs to Stars.
Note: I only saw the problem occurs in the widget to the top rated posts.

I have the 1.3.5 version and no new update is being displayed.
Do you have published the 1.3.6 at WordPress.org?
I just saw that you actually published in WordPress.org version 1.3.6, but this update did not appear in my installation of WordPress.
I’ll do the manual installation and after that I’ll let you know here if everything is back to normal.
The version 1.3.6 really fixes the problem.
