I have a Multisite where I would like to use the same theme but it seems that adding it to one site is ok but using the same theme it says it can't find the ad group. Where is the database located at so I can edit the database that I just created to the same database in the theme!!

It's looking for an ad ID that isn't in the database connected to that site. Multisite creates new DB tables for each site, therefore, you will have to create the ads again for the new site.
