   Hi,

   I've activated this plugin on my wordpress.

   I've entered all the correct details, but the form is not showing.

   Is it not compatible?

   I've found the button sittign at the top of the page..not at the bottom where I want it - is that default?

   Hey there!

   I suspect this may have to do with the theme you are using. Have you tried applying any custom CSS, maybe display: block; onto the element?
