   I'd like to display the tags associated with the (random) quote ... for instance in a shortcode:

   [quotcoll orderby="random" paging=false limit=1 limit_per_page=1 show_source=true show_tags=true]

   of course there is no 'show_tags' shortcode, but I was hoping someone had an alternative method of displaying the tags. Remember - this is for the 'random' quote configuration of the shortcode arguments.

   ALSO -
   1. options for selecting tags by AND
   eg... tags="politics AND love"

   2. also orderby-"tags"

   ??

   really want these !!
