   You can use the html tags. Just enclose the text you want to serve as a link within anchor tags http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp

   Is there a way to make the link in the programming code? I just want all quotes to go to the same page. In which php file would I be able to do this?

   I did a 'a' tag around the PHP call on the page, but it goes away as soon as someone clicks on next quote.
