   The CSS code box under Settings does not alter the appearance of the rotating quote widget, even with the code shown in the screenshot:
   .rotated_quote .author {border-top: solid thin black;}

   A guide to modifying the CSS elements used in this widget would be very helpful to include. I want to change the widget wrap and font size.

   Also, the "Quote Rotator CSS box" is under "Settings", not "Options."

   Technically it does work, but without CSS control I will have to uninstall it.

   Edit: The CSS does work if I use it as a widget, but not with the shortcode.
