[Plugin: Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin] How to Undo a Quick Redirect?

I installed the plugin and I set up a Quick Redirect just so I could test. It worked but now it keeps redirecting.

I have clicked the ‘x’ next to the Destination Field to delete it. It no longer shows in the menu but the URL is still redirecting to the test.

Any ideas how to stop it?
