[Plugin: Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin] how to redirect to a page created ?

hi, how to redirect to a page created ?
for example
i want to post about 10 post in my old page name ” http://chocovn.tk/sport ”

When i make a new post, i pasted the link http://chocovn.tk/sport in Redirect URL box, chose 301 Permanent and Published. A new post created in http://chocovn.tk/sport , but the problem here is when i click the tab ” Sport ” in nav menu , i didn’t see the post i’ve just created
