[Plugin: Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin] How to insert directly to Database?

Hi everyone.
I’m having a little problem. I have a list of almost 1000 URLs that i must redirect with “Quick 301 redirects” feature. I’m trying to find a way to load this URLs directly to the database, but I found that all URLs from this page is encoded in only one single row in the wp_options table.

So, I don’t know how to encode my URLs in this format.
Can somebody tell how to do it?
