Try to play two persons chatting one the Guest on Explorer, and then you, on Firefox.
Starts with firefox, you can type an IM and it will show up without needing to reload the page.
Do the same thing with Explorer, it will also show up.
Return to Firefox to write the reply IM, it won't show up unless you refresh the page

Also your browser (even Internet Explorer) has console where you might probably find some useful errors when it stops working?

I use quick chat 4.12 on wordpress 3.5
and it works fine on firefox
BUT I cannot use it with Internet Explorer 10 or Chrome.
How comes? Thanks
