   After I upgraded to 3.3.1, I can configure the widget in the back-end (both regular post categories and custom taxonomies from WP-Types.

   However, in the front end, although standard categories and tags are visible, the custom taxonomies aren't.

   Each one is public, hierarchical, and all other defaults are true.

   Any suggestions for trouble-shooting to find out why the custom post taxonomies aren't being displayed?

   In developing a new site, I'd forgotten that menus for taxonomies without posts will not appear. Once I added a dummy post in all categories, this was working fine.

   This was my mistake. I have marked the thread as resolved.
