   Hi!
   Can you please tell us how to use this with custom post-types & taxonomies?
   qtranslate itself automatically supports them, not so your plugin.

   As I would prefer to stick to one single SEO plugin on my site, so I'd really prefer a solution for how to use this one.

   Can you please tell which code should I hook and where in order to get this working? Add smth. to functions.php, theme files, etc.
