    Hi,

I’m using qtranslate to create a dual-language Portuguese and English website.

I’ve submitted the sitemap which is located at http://www.cookgoods.com/sitemap.xml but after like a month or so only my Portuguese pages have been crawled and the English ones haven’t been crawled at all.

I was wondering if the fact of having totally exact same pages with only translated contents might be interpreted by Google as duplicate pages hence making him only crawling one version of them.

Or possibly he doesn’t crawl it because he finds the Portuguese language pages to be more relevant than the English language ones (because they’re much more sites with the same theme in English than in Portuguese).

    What do you think?

    Thanks!

  • Have kind of the same problem here!
When i have a post both in portuguese and english and i publish it, the portuguese appears immediately and the english version takes a lot of time to appear online!
Is it any thing that we can do about this?
Anyone has a clue about what is going on?
