   Hi, good afternoon.
   I use wordpress for a cinemas in Spain, http://www.cinema2000.es
   With your plugin I order entries such as "top ten" of movies.
   My site is custom post and the new update does not appear the categories of my custom post.
   I managed to fix it this way, comment the line 1177 of post-order.php q2w3:
   / * 'AND post_type =' $ tax_post_type_main. '"* /

   In this way works well. It's a bug in your plugin? It is a good solution which I have used or are there better?

   Hm... that is strange. That was very small update, it didn't impact core of the plugin.
   Are you sure you have checked desired custom taxonomy at the Screen Options panel?
