[Plugin: Q and A – FAQ Plugin] Add to top menu?

Silly question… I have a bunch of Q & A typed in, but I can’t figure out how to create a FAQ menu item on the top menu bar (with other basic pages like, About Us, etc) that links to the Q &A list. I’m rusty with WordPress, so probably missing the obvious.
