    Hi Kingsdent,
If you’re not seeing the expand functionality when clicking the faq links, then there’s something wrong with your site. Please post a link here and I’ll take a look.

    Hi Kingsdent,
You have multiple copies of jQuery loading on your page. One is being loaded by the Simplo theme, and one is being loaded by the Easing Slider plugin. Both copies are out of date. Remove the links to jQuery in the theme and that additional plugin, and let our plugin load the current version of jQuery the right way, and you should be in good shape.

Dalton, if you could be kind enough to explain how to do this I’d really appreciate it. The developer who created the website is unresponsive at this point.

    Hi Kingsdent,
You will need to edit the theme and the plugin. I’m afraid I can’t make specific recommendations because I am not familiar with those themes and I really can’t get involved with editing other people’s websites. Let’s just say I have a LOT of experience with these kinds of problems and the two jQuery issues I mentioned are definitely causing the problem.

If you aren’t able to edit the required files yourself, you may want to hire a developer through a site like Freelance Switch or tweaky.com, or you could try to revert back to an earlier version of the Q & A plugin. That may work, since you say it worked before, but I am unsure because you do have a significant javascript problem with your current site configuration.

Here’s a copy of the previous version of the plugin if that helps: http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/q-and-a.0.2.8.zip

thanks, I had a developer look at this and fix this issue. thanks once again. this is what he said
“There was a conflict and theme developer used a third party theme to develop your one, so it was hard to find out what the problem is. It’s not because jquery included multiple times, but the way it was included and later the plugin script initiated. Also there was difference in Jquery versions.”
