[Plugin: PS Disable Auto Formatting] Preserves P tags but not BR tags

If I insert a paragraph tag containing a non-breaking space, this plugin preserves it. But if I insert a break tag (with the all-important clear=all option), WordPress still removes it. So this plugin works 50% of the way.
